Power Minutes Lacrosse provides individualized & group workout sessions for youths and young adults desiring to become explosive athletes. Profiting from ‘30/60 Power Minute’ sessions individual athletes will learn:
1. Sport Specific Aerobic Training
2. Basics of an explosive lacrosse player
3. Dynamic Shooting Methodology (speed & accuracy)
4. Strategic stick-handling
5. Reenacted ‘game-time’ situations
6. Explosive Footwork
7. An insider’s perspective on the game of Lacrosse
8. College Counseling
